Marabou is now completed, and 40 of 62 homesteads have sold as of May 2010. Due West Land, LLC picked the planners and architects, then hired contractors and supervised construction of over $55M in amenities and infrastructure. Construction took two years. Sales began in 2006 before construction was completed. Marabou is financed and owned by Elk River Partners, LLC.

Surrounded by over 1,717 acres of picturesque ranch land and open space, just 62 homesteads now grace the Marabou landscape. Carefully chosen in prime locations, each homestead is its own private refuge, nestled among vegetation and valleys to maximize privacy and seclusion.

The ranch offers a beautiful sense of harmony with the land. Preservation, sustainability and stewardship are Marabou's defining characteristics. More than 1300 acres of land are preserved as open expanses of land for perpetuity.
