| Water Dance tapped a depth of experience in mountain community planning and building. It's the combined inspiration and experience of these Colorado professionals who live in and love the Rocky Mountains that make Water Dance the remarkable community that it is. A few of our team members, from left to right; Ned Gwathmey, Thomas Braun, Jim Temple, Tom Neils, Bob Meserve, Meg Harris, David Clement and Jeff Temple. Water Dance was awarded the 1995 "Builder of the Year Award" by the Summit County Builders Association. This award was based on our commitment to quality, the environment and the community. In the 1995 Summit County Parade of Homes, Water Dance's townhomes were honored to be chosen as the "Best Townhome". In 1996, we received the Silver Award for "Best Subdivision". |
