Premier Mountain Community
Water Dance has become known as one of the finest communities in Summit County and location is reason number one. Backed up against a range of towering peaks with names like Buffalo, Peak One and Mount Royal, Water Dance commands magnificent views of both mountains and water. With the wetlands and Lake Dillon directly ahead and the Frisco Marina beyond, there are few sites its equal anywhere in the state. The lake is home to boating, sailing, fishing and canoeing all summer long. Additionally, a paved bike trail stretches some 50 magical miles, encircling Lake Dillon and connecting Water Dance to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail. Plus numerous golf courses, tennis courts, and hiking trails are at your doorstep.
Carefully planned single family homesites are nestled on some of the last private land bordering Lake Dillon. Design Guidelines ensure preservation of the environment and protect your investment. Detailed individual homesite surveys optimize views, privacy, solar orientation and natural vegetation. Enjoy spectacular views of Peak One, the Ten Mile Range, Buffalo Mountain, the Continental Divide and Lake Dillon. An extensive nordic and soft-surface trail system provides links to Lake Dillon, the Frisco Marina, the Frisco Nordic Center and the entire Water Dance community. Summit County's world class ski resorts are just minutes away at Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
Water Dance's own internal soft surface trail system has been designed and built by Laura Rossetter, Summit County's leading trail expert and the author of The Mountain Bike Guide to Summit County. These multi-purpose trails are for the enjoyment of all Water Dance resident's to hike, bike, snowshoe and cross country ski. The trails link to the Frisco Nordic Center and to Lake Dillon.
